I like the black and white photo, I assume it is intended to depict the greyness of Bergen. Here in Denmark the sun continues to shine. That will change.
Martin - my friends in England have been telling me that 'rain stopped play' for the past six weeks while we enjoyed daily sunshine here in Bergen! I guess it's our turn for some weather. Already have a new waterproof jacket but I am looking to upgrade my Golite Reeds to a pair of Rab Bergen troos, much more appropriate for the impending winter.
Neilsen - the photo was taken last weekend and I really liked the way it came out when I drained the colour out of it. I've woken up to grey skies again but no rain yet. As soon as breakfast is tidied away I'm off for a gad about Ulriken.
Big Kev - yeah, I know, I was just feeling sorry for myself last night and to prove how wasteful all that negativity was, I was out for four hours this afternoon and there was nothing more than a few spots.

Bit like over in the UK this summer then. Good excuse to get a new waterproof.

Never mind. Just think of all that lovely snow you'll get.
80 days of rain is nothin' btw. That's a good summer for us :o)
